THE FINER DETAILS All events are run by Xtreme Events Accredited Co-ordinators Events can be held indoors or outdoors (subject to availability) You can choose more than one event for the Silver and Gold Packages A 20% deposit is required upon booking - remaining balance must be settled 4 weeks prior to the event All events require a minimum of 8 participants All participants must sign the issued disclaimer form before taking part

Age Restrictions Age 8+ for Old School Sports Day Age 12+ for all other events

Cancellation Policy 3 weeks notice 50% refund 2 weeks notice 25% refund 1 weeks notice - no refund
