Online Payment Issues

I am emailing as a few people are experiencing problems processing payments on our online booking system. This is due to new FCA regulations relating to 'strong customer authentication'. It's a system issue and nothing to do with your payment method.
We are currently in the process to transferring to a new payment portal which will comply to all new FCA regulations and should resolve the issues. We're hoping our system will be migrated by early March.
Apologies for any incovenience this may cause, but in the meantime if you are having issues, please contact our reception during opening hours to make bookings - 01423 564462.
Follow any 'Book Online' link within the website to view availability and make facility hire bookings.
Purchase Packages Online
- Squash packages can now be purchased online saving you 10%.
- Tennis packages can now be purchased online saving you 10%.
- To purchase a package log onto our online system and click BUY. Then select your desired package and pay.
- Once a package has been purchased, simply select 'BOOK MULTIPLE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS' and book a court at your desired time by selecting 'BOOK'. Each time a court is booked, your available credits will reduce by 1.
